	Hi Kristen, If it's Adobes goal to increase its market share in other markets than the USA then why not open offers like this to government agencies in all countries that you have satellite offices? Why on earth would an offer like this be valid only for US government agencies?

	If its effective in the US, that would be the next logical step. It's better to take an iterative approach to optimize where we can have the most impact. We are currently investing in EMEA marketing in various ways including local marketing events with partners and account managers, pre-sales events, marketing materials, and advertising, for example.
